Refund policy

At iHTF, we promise to deliver highest quality products with the best customer experience. 

Refunds or replacements are only offered in case of a damaged, defective or expired product.

If you receive a damaged, defective product, please inform us 
within 24 hours of delivery. To process your claim, you must provide clear photos or videos of:

i. Product showing the issue.

ii. Original packaging (including outer box, labels, and any inserts).

Our team may take upto 2 business day to review your case. If your claim is valid, we will send a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a credit note of equivalent amount to be used on our website in future.

Damages in transit

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues. We accept damage claims only if reported within 24 hours of receiving the item, along with required proof as mentioned above.

Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are not applicable on products purchased using coupon codes or during promotional events.

 

No refund or replacement requests can be entertained after 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
